Opening hours & how to find us

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (Eastern European Time). You are welcome at our office in Xanthi (64 Michail Karaoli St, 67131) for a meeting in person, and we can handle initial requests by phone, email or video call. Whichever channel you choose, you will speak directly with one of the firm's engineers, with no intermediaries. If you would like to visit, a short call in advance helps us set aside the time your matter needs. The map below shows the exact location of our office in the centre of Xanthi.

What to expect from the first contact

In our first conversation we listen to your needs and capture the brief: what you want to achieve, in which property and with what budget. We explain the next steps, the alternatives and the timeline in plain language, so that you have a clear picture before you decide. No question is "too small" — we prefer to clear up every detail from the start. The firm issues every relevant permit in-house, through the Greek e-Permits system — building permits, small-scale works permits, legalisation under Law 4495/2017, and operating licences — which shortens the process, saves you trips to public offices and keeps the coordination of the project in one place.

From design studies and permits to construction and property valuations, we take on your project end to end. We also support you with the active Greek grant programmes, with eligibility checks and full management of the application file:

Certified property valuations

Founder Anneta Tselepi and the firm are certified property valuers, registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE–TMEDE), with the Association of Valuers of Greece as expert valuer, and with the Register of Certified Valuers of the Greek Ministry of Finance. When you need a reliable property valuation for a purchase, a sale, a loan or tax purposes, you receive a documented and recognised report, in English if required.
