The Roommates — SYMVOULOI MICHANIKOI O.E. (Consulting Engineers) was founded on 2 June 2011 in Xanthi, Greece, by civil engineer Anneta Tselepi and production & management engineer Foteini Sakalidou, originally under the name Sakalidou-Tselepi O.E.. The goal from day one: complete engineering services under one roof, from design through to construction and site supervision.
Today, with more than 15 years of experience, over 200 completed projects and partnerships with national suppliers and financial institutions, we keep investing in new technologies, sustainable construction and a specialised team. With a focus on energy upgrades and build quality, we take on everything from private homes to complex industrial facilities.

Construction safety coordinator, certified building energy inspector and certified property valuer (Association of Valuers of Greece). President of the Association of Self-employed Engineers of Xanthi and board member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, Thrace Section.
Production & management engineer, Democritus University of Thrace. Specialises in business licensing, fire protection studies, energy performance studies (KENAK) and techno-economic studies. Construction supervision engineer for 22,000 m² of industrial facilities in Neo Olvio, Xanthi (2023–2025).
Civil engineer, Democritus University of Thrace, with a master's degree in reinforced-concrete structural design. Specialises in structural design, building surveys, permits and legalisation of unauthorised constructions (Law 4495/2017). Member of the research team that assessed buildings after the 2014 Kefalonia earthquake (COMPDYN 2015).
